Cases which the Company does not cover
1. In the event of non-disclosure or misstatement, the Company reserves the right to void the insurance contract within 2 years from the policy effective date or reinstatement date or reinforced of policy or the date that the Company approves the increase of the sum assured which apply for only the sum assured increased, except that the insured does not has insurable interest on this insurance or misstatement of age that is outside of the normal business limit.
When the Company is aware of the information that enables the Company to void the insurance contract but does not exercise the right to void the insurance contract within a period of 1 month upon being made aware of that information, the Company forfeits the right to void the validity of this insurance contract under this circumstance.
2. In case of the insured suicide within 1 year since policy effective date or if there is reinstatement, should count the last reinstate date or the date that company approved to increase sum assured of this policy which apply for only the sum assured increased, whichever case may be.
3. In case of the insured is intentionally killed by the beneficiary.
Tax benefits
Life insurance premiums can be used for personal income tax deduction, up to a maximum of 100,000 Baht per year, as announced by the Director-General of the Revenue Department.

The Global Index 16/6 product differs in that policyholders have the opportunity to receive dividends based on the performance of the Citi Grandmaster RC 5. Policyholders can track the performance and calculate dividends themselves through the Krungthai AXA Life website. This differs from general dividend insurance products, where policyholders have the opportunity to receive dividends from the operation of funds under the participating life insurance type managed by Krungthai AXA Life, which cannot be calculated independently.
2. How does the Global Index 16/6 product differ from unit-linked products?
The Global Index 16/6 product differs from unit-linked products as it is a savings life insurance that pays benefits according to the policy, divided into guaranteed benefits and non-guaranteed dividends based on the performance of the Citi Grandmaster RC 5. This differs from unit-linked products, where policyholders have to invest through funds themselves, thus facing the risk of receiving lower returns than expected or even losses.
3. Does the Global Index 16/6 product guarantee the return of the principal or premiums paid?
Upon completion of the policy term, Krungthai AXA Life guarantees to pay a total benefit of 624% of the sum insured, which includes annual cashback and maturity benefit, ensuring that policyholders do not lose their principal. Policyholders also have the opportunity to receive dividends upon maturity.
4. Where can I track the performance of the index from?

5. What will the Company do if the Citi Grandmaster RC 5 Index Calculation Calculators cancel the calculation of the index during the contract?
The Company reserves the right to provide a new index as a replacement as appropriate. If the Company is unable to find a new index to replace it, the Company will make the payment in cash as soon as possible based on the value received from the termination of the above reference index calculation. The Company will issue an endorsement to notify the insured of such changes in written.
6. In case the policyholder passes away or surrenders the policy before maturity, will the beneficiary/policyholder receive dividends?
In the event of the policyholder's death or surrender of the policy, the company will make dividend payments (if any), with details subject to the policy's conditions.
