Change Dividend Option and Withdrawal via the “Emma by AXA” Application

Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance customers who are eligible a life insurance policyholder (dividend option) can submit a request choosing how to receive and withdraw dividend via Emma by AXA application. Simply select “Dividend Option & Withdrawal” icon. Customer can choose how to receive dividend via various options according to their needs. Currently, there are 3 available options to change dividend.

Remark : The required documents should not be complicated. Please take a photo of the first page of the savings account book, ensuring it shows the name that matches the insured or premium payer, and upload it. The Company will process your request within 3-5 business days. The decision will depend on the policy conditions.

1. Who is eligible to use this service?

Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance customers holding life insurance policies (including dividend plans), where the dividend depends on the investment returns allocated by the Company to the insured (subject to the conditions determined by the Company), are eligible to use this service.

2. If selecting to receive dividends in cash by transferring to a bank account, which types of accounts are eligible?

The savings account of the insured or the premium payer is eligible, except for accounts labeled with “by” (jointly), “for,” “and,” “or,” or “and/or.”

3. If selecting to receive dividends to pay insurance premiums, how will the premium payment notice show the amount of the premium to be paid?

The notice will show the amount of premiums to be paid after deducting the dividend amount. If the insured wishes to change the method of receiving dividends, they must notify the Company at least 30 days in advance of the premium payment due date.

4. If selecting to use dividends to pay insurance premiums, can the dividends be used to repay outstanding loans?

Since the dividends will only be used to cover the regular premium installment, they cannot be used to repay any outstanding loans.

5. If selecting to receive dividends by transferring to a bank account, and there is a change in name or surname, and the insured wishes to change the dividend receiving method in the Emma by AXA Application, please provide the steps?

You can contact Customer Care Center at 1159 to make the change, which will take 14 business days. Once completed, you can then update the method of receiving dividends via the “Emma by AXA” application.

6. If I have already applied to receive benefits via bank account (DCA) with the Company, is it necessary to upload a copy of the passbook in Emma by AXA?

Please upload a copy of your bank account passbook to Emma by AXA to verify your current information.

7. If the attached passbook does not contain the name and surname of the insured, or if the documents are incomplete or incorrect, will the Company notify the insured?

The Company will transfer all previously deposited dividends to the dividend payment method you have notified.

8. If selecting to allow the Company to keep the dividends but later wish to change to receiving the dividends in cash, can the dividends previously kept with the Company still be deposited?

The Company will transfer all previously deposited dividends to the dividend payment method you have notified.

9. If I have already selected a method to receive money or withdraw dividends via the Emma by AXA application but later wish to cancel the transaction, what steps should I take?

Please contact the Customer Relations Center at 1159 for instructions on how to cancel the transaction.

10. Can I choose to withdraw a portion of my dividends?

If you wish to withdraw a portion of your dividends, please contact the Customer Relations Center at 1159 for assistance.

11. How will I know if the Company has received the request or processed?

You will receive a confirmation SMS after completing the transaction through the Emma by AXA Application.
