Policy Benefit Payment

Policy Benefit Payment

According to the policy contract, policy benefit payments will be made within 15 days. The following types of payments are covered:

• Loan

• Surrender/Freelook

• Overage refund

• Withdraw UL

• Claim

• Maturity

Policy Benefits Request Service (DCA)

You can apply for the DCA service to receive policy benefits through a savings account or current bank account of any major bank in the country. Or through Prompt Pay with national ID card number.

Method 1: Written notification

Submit your consent with a written application for policy benefit payment through the company’s main office, branch office, or representative office, or download the application form from the company’s website.

Documents required for application

- The consent form to receive policy benefits (DCA form)

- One copy of the national ID card of the account owner or the person receiving the payment via Prompt Pay, which must be the same person as the insured, policyholder, or assignee of the policy.

- One copy of the bank account (passbook), in case of receiving policy benefit payment through a bank account. Note: Joint accounts or business/merchant accounts are not eligible for application.”

To return the above documents to the company, follow these methods.

3. Submit the documents in person at the company’s head office or branch office One Stop Service Center | Chiang Mai | Phitsanulok | Khon Kaen | Chonburi | Hat Yai | Surat Thani
